Name: Aldene Spires Gordon
ALDENE SPIRES GORDON, age 72, of Hazlehurst died Monday, December 21, 2009 at Candler Hospital in Savannah.
Mrs. Gordon was born December 16, 1937 in Jeff Davis Co. to the late Morgan C. Spires and the late Myrtle Bohannon Spires. She was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church and was a Registered Medical Assistant.
Survivors include her husband, Ronnie Gordon of Hazlehurst; daughter, Marsha Myres of Tampa, FL; son, Keith Gordon of Tampa, FL; five grandchildren; and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 24th at 11:00 am from the Chapel of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home with Rev. Keith Yawn officiating. Interment will follow in the Mosley Cemetery in Montgomery Co.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 6-8pm at Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home.
The family will assemble at the residence, 131 First Rd. Hazlehurst.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Wainright-Parlor Funeral Home.
